Attorney William Smyth

William Smyth Attorney KennebunkBill received his Juris Doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1993. While at Brooklyn Law School, Bill focused his attention of estate planning, business planning and taxation courses.  Bill was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Future Interests for excelling in his coursework.

He has practiced law in Kennebunk, Maine since 1993. In 1999, Bill became a foreign legal consultant in Québec, Canada. In 2004, he started serving clients in Northern Aroostook County from an office in Fort Kent, Maine. Most recently, Bill opened an office in Hampton, New Hampshire to serve clients from New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Bill is a member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a national organization of estate planning attorneys. As a member of WealthCounsel, LLC, he has access to sophisticated document assembly software systems that enable him to draft highly customized documents to address each client's unique situation.

In addition, Bill is an active member of the WealthCounsel, LLC Massachusetts Forum, the GunDocx Community, the Boston Estate Planning Council, and the New Hampshire Bar Association.  He is also an active member of the Fort Kent Lions Club and a member of the Kennebunk-Kennebunkport Chamber of Commerce.

Bill is admitted to practice law in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas. In addition, he serves as a foreign legal consultant in Québec, Canada.

Jessica Madore, Client Relations

Jessica Madore graduated Valedictorian from the University of Maine at Fort Kent with a B.S. in Computer Applications and a concentration in Information Security. She is the 2013 recipeint of the Maine Banker's Association's HEAF award. Jessica joined Smyth & Associates in 2015 as a client relations manager.

  Darcia Tremblay, Medicaid Application Specialist

 Darcia has extensive experience in providing exceptional customer service.  She has worked in the marketing and advertising field for over 20 years,  servicing numerous national and Boston area    clients. Most recently, Darcia  has been accepted to the Massachusetts School of Law, with her intended  field of study to be Family and Elder law.
